1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the bb78 platform, available at bb78.best and its subdomains, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and bb78 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "bb78"). If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not proceed with registration or use bb78's services.

Bb78 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered address or through a platform notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To create and maintain an active account on bb78, the User must cumulatively meet all of the requirements below:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age years old at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) that is active and in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure on bb78 or in any betting exclusion programs;
• Not be an employee, partner, immediate family member, or representative of bb78 or any partner companies;
• Not have any other active account on the platform — each individual may hold only one registration.

Bb78 reserves the right to decline the registration of anyone who does not meet these requirements, with no obligation to provide a reason. Age and identity verification may be requested at any point in the account lifecycle, especially before the first withdrawal is approved.

By completing the registration form, the User authorizes bb78 to query public and private databases to verify the information provided, including CPF checks with the Receita Federal and anti-fraud verifications with certified partners. These queries do not constitute a credit operation.

3 User Account — Responsibilities and Security

Each User is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials — login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bb78 will never ask for your account password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect unauthorized access or if your credentials are lost or stolen, you must immediately notify bb78 support via the 24-hour live chat. bb78 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials.

• The User may not assign, sell, transfer, or share account access with third parties;
• Bets placed while the account was logged in are the account holder's responsibility;
• Bb78 may temporarily block an account if suspicious activity or behavior inconsistent with the account's usage history is detected;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice by email;
• Balances from accounts closed due to inactivity remain available for withdrawal for up to 90 days after the notice is sent.

Bb78 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraud, use of multiple accounts, use of bots, money laundering, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable Brazilian law.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Bb78 accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian Reais (BRL):

• Pix — instant transfer available 24 hours a day. Balance credited immediately upon transaction confirmation;
• Boleto bancário — clearing time of 1 to 2 business days. Unpaid boletos are automatically canceled after the due date;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted card networks. Immediate processing for debit and up to 1 business day for credit;
• PicPay — instant transfer via app;
• Mercado Pago — immediate processing.
• TED Transfer — available for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit set by default, but bb78 may apply individual limits based on the User's profile and regulatory anti-money laundering obligations.

All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL. bb78 does not accept deposits in any other currency under any circumstances. Any foreign exchange conversion required is solely the responsibility of the User and their financial institution.

5 Withdrawals — Processing & Timelines

Bb78 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times by method:

• Pix: within 5 minutes of request approval during normal operating hours;
• TED Transfer: up to 1 business day. Transfers requested after 5 PM are processed on the next business day;
• Credit/debit card: up to 3 business days, subject to card issuer policies.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, bb78 may request additional identity verification documentation (KYC) before processing the transaction, in accordance with regulatory anti-money laundering obligations (AML/CFT).

The first withdrawal from any account requires identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address in the holder's name, issued within the last 90 days. Once the initial verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard automated process.

Bb78 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and open a security investigation when there are signs of suspicious activity, registration inconsistencies or a possible breach of these Terms. The User will be notified and will have up to 30 days to provide the necessary clarifications.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Bb78 offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific rules that supplement these Terms. The detailed conditions of each promotion are published on the offer page while it is active. In the event of a conflict, the specific conditions of the promotion take precedence over the general rules in this clause.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each type of bonus may be claimed only once per user, CPF, IP address, device, or residential address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Any bonus not used within the validity period is automatically removed from the account;
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (the minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn). bb78's standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion;
• Cancelled, voided, or drawn bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bets placed at poker tables where the rake is below the minimum established for the promotion may not count in full toward the rollover;
• Bb78 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible;
• Attempts to exploit technical loopholes to obtain bonuses improperly will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

7 Sports Betting — General Rules

Sports betting on bb78 covers a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Champions League, Premier League, and more), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis (ATP, WTA, Grand Slams), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, LoL), American football (NFL), and other sports with growing coverage.

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the User after confirmation on the platform;
• Bb78 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per market, event, or User, without the need to provide a reason;
• In the event of a manifest technical error in published odds (odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the market), bb78 may void bets placed at those odds and return the staked amount to the User's balance;
• Bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined are voided and the wagered amount is refunded, unless sport-specific rules apply;
• For football events, a match must be played for at least 90% of regulation time for the final result to be valid for settlement purposes;
• Live odds change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once accepted by the system — if the odds change during the confirmation process, the User may receive the updated odds or have the bet declined, depending on the account settings;
• The Cash Out feature is available for a selection of markets and events, subject to the conditions of the bet at the time of the request. The cash out value is calculated automatically and may not be available for all events.

Bb78 does not accept bets from Users who have privileged access to information about the event being wagered on (such as officials, referees, athletes, or staff connected to the match). If this situation is detected, the bets will be voided and the account immediately closed.

8 Casino Games, Blackjack, Slots and Poker

Casino games available on bb78 — including live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots, crash games and more — use random number generation (RNG) systems certified by independent auditors. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by bb78 or any player.

For Live Casino games with real dealers, sessions are streamed via live video. The outcome of each round is determined by the live dealer and automatically recorded by the system. In the event of a technical failure during an active round, the bet may be voided and the amount returned to the User.

For online poker:

• Bb78 acts as the table facilitator — you play against other real users, not the house;
• Bb78 charges rake (commission) on pots played at cash tables. The rake schedule by stake is available in the platform's specific poker rules;
• In MTT and Sit & Go tournaments, bb78's fee is already included in the advertised buy-in;
• The use of real-time assistance software, bots, or any poker decision-automation tool is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure;
• Collusion between players at poker tables is prohibited. bb78 monitors suspicious play patterns and investigates collusion reports. If an irregularity is confirmed, the accounts involved are closed and balances may be forfeited.

Each game has its own published Return to Player (RTP) table, available in the game rules. bb78 does not guarantee winnings on any game — all casino games carry a statistical house edge, which is explicitly stated in the rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and possible retention of balances related to the irregular activity:

• Creating more than one account per CPF, device, IP address, or residential address;
• Providing false, incomplete or third-party information during registration or verification processes;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, prohibited assistance software or any technology that automates gameplay decisions;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker hands or other games;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or odds inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Fraudulent chargeback attempts on deposits made via credit or debit card;
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning bonuses, credits, or balances to third parties;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Placing bets on events whose outcome the User is in a position to directly influence.

Bb78 cooperates fully with competent Brazilian authorities, including the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF), the Federal Police, and other regulatory bodies, providing information when legally required, including transaction history and registration data of users involved in investigations.

10 Responsible Gambling

Bb78 recognizes that excessive gambling can cause real harm and offers a set of tools to help Users stay in control. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once activated, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Bet limit per session: set a maximum amount to wager in a single gaming session;
• Temporary break: account access blocked for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, deposits and bets are disabled;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure. Following a permanent self-exclusion, bb78 takes steps to prevent new registrations using the same CPF;
• Activity history: full access to betting and transaction history to track spending over time.

The platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. bb78 performs age verification during the KYC process and may request additional documentation if underage use is suspected. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed and any balances refunded.

11 Privacy, Data Protection & LGPD

Bb78 collects, stores, and processes Users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data bb78 holds about you;
• Request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data processed unnecessarily;
• Request the portability of your data to another service provider;
• Request the deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

All communications between the User's device and bb78's servers are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Credit card data is never stored on bb78's servers — processing is handled directly by certified payment processors. 12 Limitation of Liability

Bb78 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, non-material damages, or any other losses not directly related to a proven failure of the service provided by the platform.

In particular, bb78 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets knowingly placed by the User, even under unfavorable circumstances;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, payment processors), or cyberattacks;
• Sports arbitration decisions, event cancellations, or other external developments that affect bet outcomes within the published rules;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account caused by the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials;
• Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply, as all transactions are carried out in BRL.

Bb78's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where Brazilian law does not permit such a limitation.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request voluntary account closure at any time through 24h support. After closure, any available balances (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be returned via Pix or bank transfer to the account holder within up to 5 business days.

Bb78 may close or suspend an account in the following situations, with or without prior notice depending on the severity:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Submitting false documents during the KYC process;
• Fraudulent chargeback request filed with a card operator;
• Order from a competent regulatory or judicial authority;
• Extended inactivity as described in clause 3 of these Terms.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, bb78 reserves the right to retain any balance directly linked to the irregular activity identified, following documented internal review. The User will be notified and given a period to contest the decision as described in our disputes policy.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Bb78 may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our operations, regulatory requirements, new products, or applicable court decisions. Any material change will be communicated through:

• Email sent to the address registered on the User's account, at least 7 days before the changes take effect;
• A highlighted notice on the bb78 platform upon login, summarizing the main changes;
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

If the User does not agree with the new terms, they must close their account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request through 24h support.

15 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the relationship between the User and bb78, the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain fully in force. bb78's tolerance of any breach by the User shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce future compliance or as a precedent for similar situations.
